Our staff takes care to describe and display the products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, minor variations may occur. If you have any questions, or would like to obtain further information, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at info@dna-solutions.it.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our Website are correct. However, should you find an error in the price of a product, we reserve the right to cancel your order and contact you to arrange for payment of any additional amount due or for a refund of any overpayment you have made.

We reserve the right to change product prices without notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable), at current rates. Where payment is required for carriage and delivery, the relevant charges applied are shown in the Shipping Method section of our Website.

ORDER SUBMISSION

You may place orders using our online purchasing process. As part of the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors. At the end of the purchase process, we will send you an order confirmation, specifying the products you have ordered. The contract is subject to the right of withdrawal (see Return Policy section of this Website).

We assume no responsibility for the purchase of products advertised on our Website from countries where this is not permitted.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made through one of the options on our Website. If the payment is not successful, the order will be cancelled. The goods will be shipped only after payment is received. Our Website provides maximum security for online payments. Credit card payments can be made safely through PayPal. Dna Solutions is a PayPal Verified seller.

Please be aware that if you use PayPal as your payment method, we reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses. PayPal also offers a payment option for those who do not have a credit card.

SHIPPING

Dna Solutions ships  through the express courier service. The purchased products will be shipped to the address you provided for delivery as soon as possible, and in any case within 3 working days from the date of order. You will be notified of the shipment of the goods through the sending of a special e-mail or sms.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted in accordance with that law. Any disputes that may arise in relation to these Conditions of Sale are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts, in particular the Court of Verona.

RETURN POLICY

Dna Solutions guarantees full satisfaction with your purchase.

If, within 14 days from the delivery of the goods, you are not satisfied of the purchased products, it is therefore possible to ask for their restitution and to obtain the refund of the purchase price. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for individuals (consumers), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send, within 14 working days of receipt of goods, a communication in which it is manifested the desire to return the products purchased.

The costs of returning products are borne by the customer.

The right of recess is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, or:

- Lack of the original packaging;

- Absence of integral elements of the product;

- Damage to the product for reasons other than transport

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF RECESS

To exercise the right of recess is necessary to follow this simple procedure by sending an e.mail to customer service where to indicate:

- the order number of the product or products you intend to return;

- the reason for which you are asking for a refund;

- if the package of the product has been opened or not;

- the type of request: Refund or Replacement.

– If the request by Dna Solutions is accepted, you will receive an email in which you will be informed of the address to which to send the package with the products you intend to return.

– Provide then, using a courier of your choice, the shipment of the product carefully packed in its original packaging and complete with everything originally contained. Insure against theft and damage in transit the shipment and be responsible for its costs. If the returned products have not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in case of damage or loss occurred during transport, DNA Solutions reserves the right to charge any damage suffered by withholding the amount to be refunded.

Dna Solutions will proceed, through the same method of reimbursement requested by the consumer, to reimburse the cost of goods shipped and the first shipping costs within 14 working days after the return of the goods and not before the receipt of goods.
