Vitamins B3, B6, B12, and C contribute to normal energy metabolism, reduction of fatigue and tiredness, and normal psychological function. Vitamins A, B12, C, D, and folic acid to normal immune system function; Vitamins B2 and E to protection of cells from oxidative stress; Vitamin D3 to normal calcium and phosphorus absorption and maintenance of normal bones and teeth; Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 to normal red blood cell function; Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12 and Biotin to normal nervous system function, Vitamin C enhances Iron absorption, Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism.

How to use: it is recommended to take one tablet daily to chew, or swallow as is with plenty of water.
Unlike other micronutrients, vitamins are not produced by our bodies and, therefore, it is essential to take them through a varied diet or to supplement them.
